📦 Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, your item must meet the following criteria:

- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable files).
- Final sale items marked "Non-Returnable."
